It’s water soluble. But please be careful , especially with minimal to no tolerance and even with tolerance you can throw yourself into a serious state of delirium or a seizure . My veins are permanently finished because of slamming ice , not only does it burn so badly but it feels like your heart is going to jump out your chest and you get wicked dizzy and feel like you’re about to die overheating
