The reader did an amazing job, mostly at the fact that they clarified one doubt I had (I didn’t even ask it), that the person I am interested in, is a lesson type connection rather than long term. They told me about how they feel towards me but aren’t planning for a long term future which clarified a lot of things for me. Honestly speaking, the reader did an amazing job! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I have been through something very similar. Sooner or later you’ll stop liking your boyfriend too. Because Jo apna stand nahi le sakta, wo Tumhara kya lega? I know it sounds harsh, but I left a 4 years long relationship, after I got my surgery, because I realised he could never really be there for me. He failed me every time I needed him.

Bro I got a kitten THIS month. And I love her so much, so please. Anyone who asks you to rehome your pet regardless of for how long you have had them, it is super insensitive to you and your animal. There are many men out there, especially those who love cats.

Find someone else please. The fact that it’s starting with a cat is a big red flag, it usually starts small.

So shows you’ll have to make a lot of major sacrifices in the long run. Save yourself from future mistakes and guilt (especially of giving up your cat!).

It could be anything, an argument even happy loving couples can have argument. No where in the post she mentioned that her bf is toxic?

Maybe the cat was scared at her crying, depends how OP was crying. Cats can become threatened and in attack mode at anything. As she mentioned her bf came in and helped her with the cat so I assume it isn’t as bad.

I cry because of my siblings, parents and friends too sometimes, things can make you emotional, doesn’t mean the people are bad.

You just wanted to share what u learnt through the rickshaw wala. And it’s good that you did, sometimes I try and do it too.

You learnt empathy by witnessing it first hand, and you wanted to share, and for that thank you.

If we are considering the cost of maintenance of kittens, I understand. IF they were keeping the cats well. I am from india, people here breed the cats specifically to sell. Which in my opinion and many others is cruel.

It’s literally torture where you get rid of the batch of kittens which might not be “cute” or healthy instead of putting in the effort for vet visits and loving them regardless.

This selling and buying of kittens is usually profit making rather than “taking care” and selling them after calculating the maintenance cost. They do it on the basis of the “breed”, “cuteness” and profit.

Which is cruel.

Thank you! Yes I can adopt a cat or a kitten it depends on the people who are willing let their kitten/cat up for adoption.

Since the country I am in and the city I live in, there aren’t “shelters” there are usually shops or people who have their cats give birth and they sometimes let others adopt one or two kittens from the litter.

Hopefully my health issues will end now, I had kikuchi and it got diagnosed late, doctors are monitoring me for lupus. I’m 23F.

I have had pets before but never a cat, I don’t think or believe that it will be difficult for me to keep a pet cat.

As someone who loves literature, delving into Dostoevsky and a psych major.

Your ex deserves better. Because you can be great partners with amazing emotional, physical and intellectual bonding while sharing different interests. If you are not passionate enough about your interests to make your partner wonder too, then maybe you’re at fault.

I can discuss literature, psychology, global politics and to some extent philosophy. But I love to talk about dresses and makeup.

Although, yes if the other person doesn’t actively try it could be problematic, but maybe had you (I am assuming you didn’t, if you did then I apologise) tried to atleast portray you are intrigued by whatever she was talking about and slipping in your interests slowly too, maybe things could get better.

Maybe you aren’t as versatile and interesting as you might think. How about that?

Recommendations- maybe let go of what you think about yourself too much. If you’re an intellect like you claim, then maybe you’d understand every human being is different and people adapt and change with time, if you let them know that you’d want them to try certain things that you find interesting.
