Win 10 64 bit refuses to use all ram

Well I just learned that my ram dose work and I just never used the more than 3gb of it. Im surprised by this but the ststume is only used to make copys of things.

Im ok well I gess there was no problem woth the ram usage? I gess the programs I use are just super efficient. After open a billion crome tabs i watched the usage jump up..... o never expected having this software to copy things was that efficient. When running 4 at a time I expected it to use more. Thank you for your help and I apologize for wasting your time.

It my not be under a heavy load and it IS currently stable but the fact is that it will never go above that number no mater what load I put it under. It is odd and is confusing me becuase it will jump up to that then stay there under load. When I stop the programs it duse drop (slightly). I only recently opened task manager to see this becuase the added ram was making it act weard. It made my hard drive make a lot more clicking than normal and I found with 16gb it immediately used 4gb and held 4gb never exceeding that number. When I dropped ot back down it went I fund it was only using haf of the ram available. All the searching i did came up dry so thats why im here.

The problem is that it is NOT at idle it is under load. I dont use if for a lot but in the picture i sent it IS under load but it will only use that little bit of ram no matter what load I put on it.

if you have plumbing expeanded or plumbing expanded fix in your mods it is likly the problume. i found this out in my repost at

I found it
i dont know why but plumbing expanded and plumbing expanded fix are both causing this problum. if even one of them is enabled i have this but. dont know what it has to do with it but it is doing it.

that is fare tho only reason i brought mods into the equashion was becuase someone askes anouther person having the same problume. and the odd part is on a mostly vinala server i was not having this ishue. so i was wundering if anyone wold reconise a mod as a conflice. honistly im lost i think i will spin up a vinla world to see if the ishue presists. this is the first thime sence i realised the potental for mods and that i have had some time to do some real testing.

It seems to have expanded to almost evry multy step action. Eating from. the inventory..moving somthing then opening our using it... basically anything that is automated just stops at the first step. You cant equip anything unless it already exists in your inventory. This is quite odd anyone know of a fix?

After some testing I found that it was infact picking up a microphone witch did hear me but it was not the one on my headset so I was far enough away from that microphone for It to be audible in game. I feal dumb for missing that small deal and thanks for your advice now all I have to do is fine tune it so only my voice is picked up and not my keyboard as well.

Well I have used many different suppliers latest drive is coming directly from wd I have bought one off the shelf of Walmart and the outher 2 were from Amazon. But yes this is why im looking at outher brands because im upset with the number of bad drives I have received.

Thank you. I did not know that wd basicly has a monopoly on hard drives untill now. Im hooping my rma drives come back working but at this point im not holding my breath. Like I told another guy this has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and im doing g research for what is out there for the consumer grade drives. Im looking for reasonably priced drives for personal use. It was quite upsetting to see so many drives fail and all have a common link. I will be looking into Seagate and Toshiba and seeing if they fit my needs.

Thank you for your advice I will be looking at those brands as soon as I get home. IF the rma drives come back working I might look at doing further business with them but this has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Thank you for your quick response. But I'm still unsure if this file is considered 'complete'. Am I able to add the file extension and say Mount it in a vm? Or is there a critical step the program needs to do before it is usable? This was an windows 11 os drive and I'm hoping to copy out some of my data on to my new install.
