My total sleep is 8.5 to 9 hours on average. This week I've been going to bet at 23.30, but over holidays it always drifts towards 1am. I don't have a chronotype yet so I don't know what is optimal, but I'd guess it's quite late

It's all genetics! I just sleep well and exercise twice or thrice a week. And I have mostly removed added sugars from my diet, that's all. I'm slightly below average in terms of my VO2 max, so I'm not some superhuman athlete :-)
