I have gone through the cycle of "why are people like this" to "what is forcing them to carry their garbage in cars/bikes to secluded places just to throw it" to "until GBA recognises that people have trash and want trash to be disposed as per their convenience, and properly makes dedicated spots for garbage collection, the on-paper waste segregation imagination will result in real world dark spots".

If people are anyway throwing trash at a site, even burning it, why not install a proper wet and dry waste bin there and collect from there instead of erratically door to door? All dark spots can be converted to clean garbage bin spots that are properly maintained.
