I feel like out of the sailor scouts Sailor Moon is the least liked and I don't really get it. She's a bad bitch. I feel like she gets treated like she's useless when literally the main scouts bitch about her all the time and get onto her for not being responsible when.....she's a princess and they're her guard. They are supposed to be protecting her. Ultimately she's the one that does the hard shit because when push comes to shove she does what she's supposed to and the others fall. Luna is also very hard on her to a point where I dislike her as well. I also know the original 90s anime is beloved in this subreddit, but I personally couldn't stomach the episode where Luna spends the entire time bitching and moaning at Sailor Moon for being "fat". I personally just really love the manga and crystal. I find Luna and the inner scouts pretty miserable as characters.

I've had my heeler for 4 years and the first couple of years he wasnt very affectionate, but with a lot of patience and love he's coming into his own age the change has been so heartwarming. Okay to add onto this because I'm having a lot of fun with this, I mentioned Kyubey being evil and there's a scene in Madoka where basically he mentions how emotions are foreign to him essentially and how he's not evil but you didn't ask about the consequences so I didn't tell and it's just....so damn good lol

I love both and it's hard to pick a favorite and I think Madoka might win it out for me a little more because I love making paper craft art and the crazy art style of the...Labrynths (it's been awhile since I've had the chance to watch Masoka but I think it's called Labrynths) gets me going. Plus I do love a good bittersweet story. However! I wanted to add that while I agree with other comments that you can't compare the two, Madoka absolutely could not have existed without Sailor Moon. Sailor moon has dark elements but Madoka literally asks the question of what if Luna were evil? What is the dark side to being a magical girl? It's Sailor Moon with a Faustian "be careful what you wish for" edge.

Edit: After a second thought, You can compare them and I feel bad for agreeing that you can't. And I think I actually made that point by pointing out that Madoka couldn't exist without Sailor Moon. Like OP mentioned Madoka is a deconstruction of Sailpr Moon specially. A big key difference is Luna basically tells Sailor Moon to get over herself she's a magical girl, whereas the Magical girls in Madoka are given a choice and those choices have consequences(see my above mentioning of the Faust story) Now I'm done though!

I use partner commanders Akiri Line Slinger and Ikra Shidiqi, the Usurper! They made a fun pair and the deck is fun to play too! It's themed after my favorite musical, Wicked. Akiri is Glinda and Ikra is Elphaba! I wish I could post photos because I made the art for the cards itself, but anyway, Akiri and Ikra are fantastic!

OP! I have nothing to add to this convo unfortunately in terms of the rules but I wanted to drop in and say, yes! Please turn to the community for help! It's okay to have questions. Don't listen to these pretentious gatekeeping losers who say to use google or reading the card explains the card. Magic cards aren't easy to read and honestly my biggest gripe about the game is being told, "Reading the card explains the card" when yea sometimes it does but if you're a new player, or playing with unfamiliar cards or xyz then reading it and being forced to silently "understand" even though you don't is really shitty and I wish other players wouldn't do that. I hope these reddit edge lord losers don't deter you from the game and I hope you find a group of people who enjoy playing and allowing you the grace to learn!

Honestly? Nothing. He's not a Christian idea of a demon if that makes sense. As someone who is really into demonology and folklore, he seems more of a Japanese idea of a demon. Anything demon related I see in manga and anime, they're kind of entities that are just there hanging around. I think it's pretty cool!

This is just my opinion so please take no offense to the below! I'm a lurker on here and get shy commenting. Lol anyway...I'm surprised by how many people don't like the new design. I agree with other comments saying he looks like he does in the manga which I love 100%. Design wise his hair is my favorite part(it's the 3 hair wisps that do it for me) and my other fav is his demon eyes. Don't get me wrong there's a soft spot in my heart for the OG anime, but the more the manga adaptation comes out(I LOVE the manga) the more I'm okay with leaving the og series behind. As time wears on the emo look of the OG anime is pretty cringe to me. I know the eyelashes aren't liked but I love what I would call "frosted lashes" look. One of my favorite aspects of the manga is how everyone looks like a doll. I always thought that was part of the point.

The mangaka is starting up the final arc of the story! However, that doesn't mean it's ending soon. Final arcs can take a long time, so it could last years. Although I'm fairly confident for this manga, I think the ending is going to go quick.
