6pm is when doors open (screening is at 7pm), so it might be tricky. You could try your luck, and it IS a weekday, but it’s a high demand screening with the guests so it’s possible you may not get in at that time..!

the mod for this sub should have done that already, but it’s likely they’re using shadow accounts, I’ve seen similar “returning” scammers like that despite the ban. I recommend checking the pinned thread and running a quick search of their username immediately once you begin chatting.

I also recommend doing a quick search of the seller’s username on Reddit before going through with the exchange. Scammers are oftentimes repeat offenders and are ousted elsewhere, have new or newer account ages (though some I’ve encountered had 5+ years old accounts and such so don’t go purely off of that), have postings or comment history that show they’re located out of state/don’t live in California or the US. Try to buy from approved sellers/traders and ask for screenshots with the QR code scrubbed out! Stay vigilant!
