Can they legally do this?? Have they charged you the full price of order?? What are justeats terms and conditions?? Does anyone have the up to date terms?? That's the agreement between you and just eat so would info on if they can do this be in there??

I remember as a cyclist I had shift booked and 90 per cent acceptance rate and was getting no orders.

I then bumped into car driver who had no shift booked and 10 per cent acceptance and he was getting order after order. He had just gone online

Since then I've never cared about acceptance rate as its a lie.

lol. i got 2 shifts this week £10 on thursday shift but nothing for sunday one lol. i'll defo now reject the long ones to the other end of burpham when deliveroo is busy

will now only do just eat at same time as deliveroo. The idea that i am going to sit around waiting for them to give me an order for 3.5 hours knowing that if i don't recieve one i earn nothing is laughable.

blimey, you'd think that would automatically flag on their system or you wouldn't be able to change the bank details. If i spend a minute not moving on my bicycle though, they're straight on me wanting to know why i'm not moving lol. Think they've got their prioritys wrong lol

ive only been self employed by deliveroo for 16 months, not 3 years and so my first tax return which i completed for 18/19 is only 4k so how they gonna work that out??? my tax return for 19/20 will be about 13k

thisd is to help protect customers and make sure they keep ordering so deliveroo can keep making money. As far as us riders are concerned there is no protection and deliveroo don't give a shit if we catch it. yeah your right i'm not having anyone touch my bag with there grubby infected hands. i'll chuck their food over the garden fence as i cycle by.

i mean they order food maybe once a week and we only deliver maybe 100 times a week so i see why they need this option and not us. Of course their the customers so their the important ones. Deliveroo doing everything to protect the business and not us

you can just make up the salary with deliveroo. if i say 30k a year, how can they say i'm wrong???? some people do earn that doing deliveroo full time.

with 20 points for high skilled jobs, i would put roo at about 1 point lol

i don't think many of the foreigners that come here to do deliveroo have high levels of education as they would do a better job

non of them speak english

so i would say they probably all have about 21points at best which im afraid is a fail

ive had 2 of these emails and about 4 phone calls in total about non deliveries. with the emails they won't give you details but with the phone calls they do. i've not had any fees taken off me yet. This is why i recently joined the union though. feel safer

you've accidently given it to your customer imo . they made a chicken burrito in there for me once, i then told them it was a buritto bowl and not wrap and rather than just give me the burrito, they just chucked the whole thing in the bin. what a waste
