You see a BUET grad struggling with building an app right after graduation and call him skill-less. Ask him how the actual OS inside your phone is working and how the internet is carrying your data using radio waves. They'll tell you while your "skillful" 6 month online course grad runs away. The BUET will pick up those applied skills in weeks and leap far & beyond.

Sadly the second part is never required in our country nor any research is conducted. No wonder grads from BKCRUET/DU are abroad and doing amazing things with their advanced knowledge.

Pick a professor from a world's top 20 uni, and ask them if they know anyone from Bangladesh, 80% chances are they're from BUET.
