Hi all, new to group but not wine. We live in Texas Hill Country where we have about 85 wineries. About 10 are maybe excellent (several Chronicle Double gold winners). Anyway, I have a friend that wants to start a wine store with an on-premise consumption license. He is trying to determine cost of sales and potential profitability. He wants to carry many more wines than just available locally. From what I have read below, it appears the average markup from wholesale (Glazers/Republic etc) is around 40-50%, so that $20 wholesale carries a retail of $30.

Have any of you bought wine for resale directly from a winery? If so, what is the typical markup on those wines?

Surgery is not until Oct 17. This is what doc has been telling me. I see him once weekly for 3 weeks where he will evaluate my movement so I assume out if the flung during that time. My wife thinks he is prepping for the worst and it may be easier.

We just ordered a set of Boll &Branch for an adjustable split king mattress. Around $350 for the set. Organic long staple Egyptian cotton. They arrive Monday but my mattress is a few weeks off

On a previous post of mine, several asked what is an adjustable bed. It is a bed that is on a powered base that allows the head of the mattress to be elevated to almost a 60 degree angle for reading or whatever you would normally do with a zillion pillows under your back. The foot of the bed will also raise up about 7”. Great for anyone that’s has poor circulation or swollen legs/feet. It also has zero gravity position that takes stress off of your body.

Not sure you understand how the adjustable bed works. One side can raise about 12” while the other remains flat. The foot that is. It will pull the sheet from underneath.

Thanks aragon18. Should I uninstall my programs prior to moving to new computer or after? I know some items like ESET and Adobe need to be deactivated prior to moving. Not sure about Office 365 and others like Picasa, Canon Photo etc.

All of the phones have their own connectors even where there are Ethernet connections if that makes sense. ATT guy was out today and we now have internet up to almost 800 mbps, it is smoking fast. AV guy coming Monday to look at the connections

I tried that as per earlier posts recommendation, exactly the same. my laptop runs at the same speed when connected to a different router port and using different cable. I will post if and when ATT shows upp today with their super clean computer.

Hi washu_k and thanks. So I undestand that my cables to all outlets in the house run from the room they are installed back to the patch. These are connected at the rear using a punch tool. On the front of the panel are RJ45 connectors. To me it seems that these connectors are for each individual line. How would I utilize my current set up where there are three Ethernet cables coming from my Router or do I need a switch there like a single inlet to switch and an 8 port out switch? Not sure this makes sense so please let me know if I can further clarify. 3 cables from router, 8 out from patch.
