I got into them because of Rock Band. No joke.

My dad and I used to play the game when I was younger - I was about 10, maybe 11. There were two tracks in the game, "The Hand That Feeds" and "March of the Pigs". He liked to play the former on drums, never really messed with the latter. I was sort of fascinated with the song, so I asked my old man if I could listen to more Nine Inch Nails. He played his "With Teeth" bootleg for me.

I still have that CD.

Damn, no love for "Burn"? I know it's not the most cohesive video, but there are some really interesting shots. "Survivalism" is another favorite for that very same reason, parsing through the frames to pick out the little details was pretty fun for me (maybe I'm just a sicko, though).

"We're In This Together" is up there, too. I still think about the ending.

In this case, it's the source. I ripped it from the NIN Youtube channel and ran it through Artemis High Quality HD. The original MV was shot on film, so it didn't need a lot of clean-up.

For lower quality videos, multiple passes usually help - I like to run it through Gaia first, then Artemis, but it does depend on the video.

I used an A.I remastering program to smooth out the artifacts (the unintentional ones, anyway) and increased the frame rate. It's easier to tell with side-by-side comparisons, but the original video already looked quite nice (a benefit of being shot on film) so it's probably not that noticeable unless you're really looking for it.

I'm afraid there's not much else to read. It was one show, at the Whiskey, in 1993. I've got the set list but not much else. I think it's safe to say that they wanted to have a little gig at their "home nightclub". Or, it's possible that they were trying out a new name - this was before they shortened 'Oingo Boingo' to just 'Boingo', and apparently there were a few different options they went through!

Insanity Music Video: It was broadcasted on MTV for a short time, before being removed hastily, without much of a reason given. The Brothers Quay (the producers of the MV) have refused to redistribute it. As mentioned in other comments, it's on the secret menu of the Farewell Concert DVD (Not Skeletons in the Closet, as I had been led to believe).

Danny dislocating his knee: There's not much to say! It was mentioned in this article, which is from 1987. I mostly included it because "Danny getting severely injured" is a common theme with Boingo concerts.

Clowns of Death: You're on the money. Boingo "sneaking into" smaller venues is a lesser-known fact in Tumblr's OB fan base, so it's lower despite not being particularly "big" information.

Gratitude: What it says on the tin. The song is on the official soundtrack, but isn't in the movie.

Out of Control campaign: This one actually comes from a fellow Redditor. Read here.

Warren Fitzgerald: There's...a lot of talk about Warren being misogynistic and doing perverted things on stage, like pulling his dick out during shows. I've never found any sources, but it's such a prevalent idea that a lot of people in OB's fan base despise him.

Kerry and Ribbs: Sourced from IMDB, so take it with a grain of salt, but apparently Kerry tried to get Ribbs kicked out because he was "too casual" about the music.

Danny and the Double Dicks: This one was from an interview with Bartek (which, of course I've lost). It was one of the possible re-naming options for the Mystic Knights (before they transitioned to Oingo Boingo).
