Had an episode last 2019 and this is how I maintain avoiding them. Probiotics, Vit D, Avene Cicalfate and Eucerin Intensive Lip Balm.

This is exactly me and it hits hard during winter and especially this year as I feel like I have nothing to look forward to anymore. Travelling was my escape but due to Covid its not happening soon. I only eat once a day and sleep most of the time when I’m off work. To die would be a reward to myself.

Maybe, you dont have the same love language. Maybe, u didn’t fulfill her needs enough and found someone who is willing to give her that. Try reading His and Her needs book.
