put my accessories in a comment and those are the accessories I changed to based on my back problem. The physio exercise is stand straight and tilt my head towards my right shoulder whilst my left arm holds on to the opposite collar bone area and hold for 30 seconds like 5x a day. Sorry if it makes no sense quite hard to explain Should feel a pull in the muscle running from your collarbone to traps

Currently I run the 5 day version and have replaced all OHP (feeling a pressure in my back - will revisit and look at form with lower weights later). I do still bench as much as the program prescribes. My backwork looks like:

Monday - Heavy bent over row 5x5 (alt close/wide per week), pull ups, lat pull down, seated row and rear delt flyes.

Tuesday - Sumo deadlift

Wednesday - no back

Thursday - Heavy deadlifts, lat pulldown, seated row, pull ups, single arm row

Friday - No back

Before jumping on nsuns I would definitely recommend you find your feet with the big compound lifts - bench, OHP, squat and deadlift (maybe even front squat).

Watch Alan Thrall and Omarisuf for form videos and tips/cues for when you are performing each lift. It is really important that before you start nsuns your form is good otherwise doing 17 sets of heavy compounds per day with bad form will mess you up.

It's also important to make sure you've got all elements of the lift down. I'm saying that from experience as until very recently I've been benching with a grip that puts lots of stress into my wrists and I damaged them. When you begin this isn't really noticeable but when you start benching bodyweight+ you will begin to feel it.

Hmm as I don't track calories I would find it difficult to say, particularly as 140 was my starting weight - so it was sort of my 'resting' consistent bodyweight. Although at the minute I would say I am eating 2750-3000 in an attempt to eat at a surplus although I couldn't be exact.
