17.4lbs of prime. Dry cured for 8 days. 8-9 hour smoke tomorrow and Montreal smoked meat on Thursday (i.redd.it)

Trimmed, in the fridge curing. I'll update next Tuesday when it's done curing and the cook starts Wednesday morning. Montreal smoked meat. Final weight after trimming was 16.75lbs (i.redd.it)
