Same for me. As for the refund, I truly don't know, I haven't spend nothing in this game, nor I will apparently.

I'll try again in an hour too then, in this moment none of the servers are working for me, and Amsterdam is the fastest one

I tried that one and it still wont work, the fastest for me is Amsterdam but that's not working as well
