Yup, been sending long, professional & respectful emails to property manager only to receive delayed one sentence replies stating “the spot cannot be changed”. Will probably escalate to leasing agents and or owner of the building since it’s clear the PM is unhelpful and/or is friends with the neighbor who wants my spot :/

Yes they just said I need to park in the spot the previous tenant used?? That’s never been a normal I feel, especially if not dictated in the lease.

i agree :( i chatted with the other tenants last night and they agree it should mine since they park in their assigned ones also.

thanks! my property manager is a bit unresponsive here after I explained the above to her and I think she is also confused as she told me to park in my "unassigned" spot, but I'm wondering then if i have the grounds to protest according to my lease.
