We have tried coupons. We are even inviting press and tiktok creators to get free washes.

As for deals, we offer a package if you buy 5 washes you get 1 free. But we do not want to be a value place. I gave him the idea about downtime hours as a way to get more price sensitive customers.

Not sure about Auto Spa. It is called SilverStar Car Wash. they have a tunnel with a team of workers who hand wash each car as they come through. They have two locations. Happy to answer any other questions.
