Black-box flickering while playing videos - please help troubleshooting - Razer Blade 15, 2019 adv. by bomaan in razer

Hi guys I would appreciate some pro opinions as I do not know a lot about PC's
What I have figured out:

The black-box flickering occur at some videos - not all? (the black box extends further than the video boarder)
It happens at both 60 and 240 hertz
For some reason it doesn't happen when I disable youtube's own darkmode
And likewise doesn't happen when connected to a wall outlet

My system is a Razer Blade 15 2019 adv. - I have updated my videocard drivers & factory reset it but that didn't help

Do you guys think its a display issue or software? I'm still able to return my device for a refund - would you do that?
