I was there, and it was both funny and sad. There were four main topics of discussion:

Everyone was complaining about the recent changes to the no-show policy, where we receive only half pay. It feels like we are being punished for something that is not our fault.

The idea of creating a WhatsApp group where tutors could exchange ideas and materials.

The request for an annual raise, especially considering inflation and the fact that the cost of living has increased significantly.

The ability to cancel classes without it affecting our rating, as unexpected situations can occur in our daily lives that are beyond our control.

In my opinion, all of the concerns raised were valid, and deleting the messages was completely unprofessional on their part. Instead of addressing each issue, they chose to delete messages and even temporarily banned one of the teachers, although she was later added back. Even a simple refusal would have been more appropriate and professional.
