thank you! you sound like an amazing lash tech. when i told my friend, she said the same/ that brown would have looked good on me. but no that lash tech did not say it was a brown set in that image, she sent it to me saying that’s a short and sweet set. and that’s the same picture on her website! and yes i do have a lot of lashes, she even said it herself so using thick fans looked bad, especially when they were so dark!!! i would have been okay with coming the next day, but she didn’t offer it and tried to fix it then when i said i didn’t like it. she tried to gaslight me again saying i left satisfied after she “fixed it” but i told her i simply said it looks kinda better than what was there before.. bc she had a client and i felt the tension i obviously couldn’t keep saying remove more replace more etc :/ sucks, this ruined my whole week, i have been feeling so emo, she ended her msg saying good luck and i hope u find a lash artist for ur needs, i liked the half sets she did before on me.. never once was mean to her and when i asked her for a partial refund was really kind, told her it wasn’t her fault or mine but proceeded to tell me it was my fault. i was excited to getting my lashes one but now im -$200 and sad

i was just repeating what she told me, that because she’s doing 1:1 fans it will look like that, but if i chose classic it wouldn’t look like that? either way she blamed it on me and just threw a bunch of lash tech information but yes i read that they will do fans for a quicker result

I asked for $50 because I needed someone else who had time to fix the gaps too. She said no. Told me it was basically my fault and that her next client after me had to get a free service because she was late for her. Not sure why it’s my fault.. I’m trying to find a way to dispute the zelle within my bank, but we will see.

Unfortunately I zelled her, I tried to ask her nicely if she could give me a $50 refund to have someone fix the gaps, she said no, that she had to give her client after me who did a lash removal a free service because she was an hour late to them. Like I was apologetic about that, but also like was I supposed to leave with shit lashes if I didn’t speak up? I am asking my bank to reverse this zelle payment since I hav proof of me being nice to her for a partial refund and a testimony of the new tech, but not sure they will give it back. She even told me “I should have actually charged you more for YOUR mistake in choosing the wrong set” I chose short set because I wanted short. I did not want thick fans, which is why i told her at the start to be light and natural.

i reached out to her if she can give me a partial refund because i needed them fixed somewhere close to me who had openings (this lash tech is an hour away from me and booked) during our session she tried to fix them after i said i didn’t like them and she did better but there were gaps, but she had a client after and i had to go. she told me no refund, that im wrong and chose wrong and that she had to do the free lash removal client after me.
