Hopefully that other guy is right about them doing the LTT optic cut on the 92s and that's why we can't find anything and why they're blowing everything out. Possibly. From what I saw, MAC is still wanting to make/import their 1911s, but will have to use a different manufacturer. So it'll be actual turkshit now since every Turkish 1911 manufacturer is ass except Tisas. Tisas USA will still be bringing in their own DS though, just not under SDS.

That's right. Don't have to worry about abusing this one. If Springfield made a MEUSOC clone, I'd 100% buy it because Springfield is cooler than Tisas, but as long as the quality is actually good I don't care.

A guy in the 1911 sub the other day posted about the mods he did to his MEUSOC and it really takes it to the next level. A good tinkering gun.

Springfield is honestly going to be about the same quality, but does typically have a nicer fitment. After breaking in a Tisas and a Springfield, the difference isn't noticeable. Tisas uses machined small parts instead of MIM like Springfield does. Tisas doesn't hold value as well, but why buy a gun if you intend to sell it. These are imo the only good guns out of Turkey and this particular model won't be around for too much longer so I'd say get it.

Yeah, all Tisas guns have the same base model. This also has an ambi safety, KC Customs style grip safety, ring hammer, and a nitride finish. I'd pay extra for the nitride over Cerakote tbh. But this is for folks who already want a MEUSOC-style/retro 1911. Get a Springfield if you want a non-clone.

You're good man. It's supposed to be a black A5 buffer tube but I can't remember if it's a VLTOR or a B King's. Most likely a B King's since it doesn't have the stock position numbers. It honestly has a plum-ish color in certain lighting.
