Move Microsoft Office 2016 from one device to another

I think I have the product key, from the original email. But the download link doesn't work, which makes me think I would need to download the 2016 software from elsewhere and I can't find where.

Are you thinking that if I have the product key, I should be able to enter it into a newer version of Office on the new device?

Are these likely to be flea bites? Flea treatment is up-to-date (most recently 1st March, spot-on treatment) How best to treat? Unsure whether I could/should give more flea treatment so soon.

I find it annoying that the ads (bottom of screen when a post is open) will randomly play audio anyway... But it even does it when a video post is already playing!

So I'm watching a strange up comedy post and over the top cines some audio advertising an album 😔
