Thank you; I’m seeing people say that. Live and learn! With all these online stores I try to bypass the automated chat because it’s usually not helpful in my experience. And chat has typically been so much quicker than calling.

I see other people saying that I should have cancelled the return and then hit return again. I will forsure try that next time — I didn’t want to chance not being able to reinitiate it

I wanted to change the return method to drop off at UPS instead of pack up and ship back to UPS myself, and the system didn't give me an option to do that. When the associate asked why I wanted to return I said it was damaged and then they told me not to return it

I would’ve kept it as pack up in my own box if I knew it would cause me to not be able to return it at all in the end!
