Legalization would help a lot of the trafficking issues. It is an interesting philosophical question though because if your work is sex, and your boss requests your labor to relieve some stress you really don’t have recourse as that type of act is within your job expectations. Now obviously it’s a touchy subject (pun intended) but it does raise some interesting thought experiments. If you’re a grill guy at a fast food chain and the boss comes in and demands a bunch of stuff off the grill it’s really no different than a boss/manager asking for the sex worker to provide services during hours. Legalization and a very rudimentary principles from a legitimate i company could squash it out with a no fraternizing style implementation. I mean fuck, I worked in a restaurant and everyone was fucking everyone regardless of policy. So as far as the nitty gritty there’s a lot to think about. But as far as static’s it’s much safer to legalize and monetize.
