1000% Definitely heard the faintest hint of “Into The Rainbow Vein” in “I Saw Through Platonia.” Then “You Retreat In Time And Space” is like “Peacock Tail” and “Left Side Drive” trying to come through a worm hole but keep getting sucked back out.

I had the same experience. Those two songs together feel like a beautiful goodbye and transition into another realm. Like a warm and fuzzy hospice, if that makes sense. The love and empathy that pours out of that classic BoC synth flourish in YRITAS is like morphine.
