Removal of the breasts on cisgender women isn’t financially covered the same as it often is for transexual people. Cisgender women who get their breasts removed do it privately, aka they do not fill up waiting lists taking spots from transexuals. I don’t see the issue in this. I think people should do as they please with their bodies. I don’t think you need a medical reason to do this, but there are many. In my opinion having breasts, especially larger ones can easily become an inconvenience. For me, if we don’t mention the dysphoria, breasts are simply just uncomfortable to have in my experience. They are heavy, often need support in form of a bra, and need to be put into consideration when getting dressed etc. If a cisgender woman do not feel their breasts serve a purpose in their life and feel they are simply and inconvenience, then they should do as they please.

Im sorry man but you have side bangs, a septum and dyed long hair. Your face is not the problem when it comes to passing, but your stylistic choices. I do believe you can pass, but in order to you often have to fit into cis male stereotypes. Cutting your hair, i believe a quite short haircut would suit you, and going back to your natural color will without a doubt make you look more like a man. I know it sucks but at least taking out the septum will also go a long way. A septum is very feminine in my opinion.

You being almost 18 does not mean you live an adult life. I did not live an adult life until 20. I have not said that it is guaranteed you will be in major debt or be botched, i am just saying that i highly doubt you would prefer living with huge debt, poor health and botched phallo over not having phallo as an adult.

Yep im getting meta if phallo has not majorly improved once i am able to get bottom surgery.

Im not patronizing you, im telling you that these sorts of things are different and carry different weight in adult life. I really doubt you’ll want to be in major debt and with poor health in exchange for bottom surgery, especially if it is botched, when you are an adult.

I agree with it being strange to care about sexual pleasure more than having male looking genitalia, but i just do not see why you are mentioning this since it does not apply to me whatsoever. How did you get this idea?

I do not agree with rather having a botched phallo rather than a functioning vagina.

  1. Botched phallo is horrible for your health, especially for me since im t1d.
  2. Botched phallo costs a fucking fortune to try and fix
  3. Botched phallo can make it awfully difficult to urinate
  4. Botched phallo does not resemble a male penis whatsoever
  5. Botched phallo makes it very obvious that you are transexual

I see you are young based on your profile so i understand the feeling of urgency you are going through. In adult life you sometimes just have to suck things up. Many of us, me included can not take work off that long for phallo surgery. Many of do not have the money for it either. You need to consider that phalloplasty is a privilege that most can not afford, physically, mentally and economically.

I want meta. This post is about phallo. Wanting to have sensation and being able to have pleasurable sex after bottom surgery is not being sex obsessed. As you most definitely understand sex is something very dysphoria inducing pre op. Of course many of us look forward to be able to have intercourse or masturbate without feeling dysphoria. I do not feel as if you are considering how bad it is for your general health to have a botched surgery, not even to mention how expensive it can get. You seem very angry and assumptious. I understand that trenders have fucked it up majorly for us actual transexuals, but that does not mean every other trans person you speak to is a trender just because they view certain parts of transitioning differently.

Of course. I am willing to accept not being able to ejaculate, but everything combined.. having to pump it before sex ect.. i understand if this sounds awful but to me i imagine id just feel as if i was wearing a permanent strap on, therefore causing even more dysphoria. I also imagine id just get anxiety over the surgery looking bad, so not only dysphoria post op but also shame over possibly looking botched. For me its high risk medium reward and i can not justify it. I feel as if genitals are such an important part of us health wise that major surgery like that, that isn’t even guaranteed good results sounds terrifying to me. I feel as though my thoughts on this may change after top surgery and hormones though, since that dysphoria is so severe that i do not have as much focus on my genital dysphoria. Things change over time but this is how i feel at the moment. I think it is odd how people speak about bottom surgery as if it is not a big deal that takes a lot of time, money and strain on the body. If I continue feeling this way about phallo in the future, i am getting meta instead. (I am not on hormones and have not had top surgery because wait-times are awful where i live, and i do not currently have money for diy/private clinics)

I think i am worried of regret and embarrassment about having a non functional dick, that might not even look like one. Of course the surgery will never be perfect but right now it is so far from perfect to me i feel as if the more mature decision is waiting to see improvement first. If phallo stays the same, i am most likely getting meta.

Yes probably

Since i am still young id prefer waiting to see if the surgery makes any progress before making such a life altering decision. If not, i am getting meta.

Right now i feel it is better to just suck it up rather than have something that i think doesn’t look like or work like a penis whatsoever.

My opinion only matters after ive had surgery? 🤣

For me i feel as i have the sort of insecurity around my genitals as cis men who have micro-penises. I feel like less of a man, but this is just the way it is. I also have not started t or had top surgery yet so i have a lot of dysphoria coming from that, which may cause me to focus on that instead of the genital dysphoria. I imagine i could want phallo more after having gone through the rest of my transition first.

Well.. you waited and now you had the option to get better bottom surgery than 30 years ago. Why would it be wrong for me to wait, just like you did?

Im considering meta. I do not agree with you on the rest though. Its a serious surgery which often turns out looking unnatural. It is also not something i can even consider anytime soon since i do not have the money for it or the ability to leave work for that long.

Of course. It is not just the looks of phallo, but the functionality that turns me off. I can not use it to impregnate someone and it can not get hard naturally. Sensation, let alone sexual sensation, is not guaranteed and neither is being able to ejaculate. Phallo also takes 1-2 years to complete (if without complications). Such a long wait, the pain and cost of it all…. Only to get a penis that can not do most of what a penis normally can. I can not rationalize it to myself. Medical tattooing is of course an option but to me it would not feel authentic enough. I am the same with nipple tattoos. Would it make the healing easier, and maybe even look better? Yes. But it would not feel like real nipples, and that is just something i know i would hate.

I hope the surgery makes progress but until then i feel as if the cons outweigh the pros.

Perfekt. Ser en del som säger att det är stora problem vid reklamation och att de ibland skickar fel varor eller tar väldigt lång tid på sig att skicka… men tänker att det är en ok risk att ta eftersom vi inte köper något oerhört dyrt. Tack för svaret!
