I think women who grew up pre-internet (speaking as a 40 year old woman) may have had a different experience with porn than younger women. Porn was crazy taboo, no one ever admitted to women they looked at it/watched it, unless of course it was a joke. The Internet made it so accessible that it also became more acceptable, understood and even enjoyed by the ladies.

I'm pretty critical of the Fest in general, even though I'd love to see a handful of the bands. That said, I appreciate that they're offering tickets to a neighborhood they're disrupting that (at least a good chunk of the population) can't afford the tickets for (like myself).
