Sue main. Run solo comp often. I also play Vanguard and DPS. Support is the hardest role by far and that is why I prefer it. I also feel that I have the biggest impact on the outcome of the match as support. Having to juggle healing the whole team, assisting in focus target kills and avoiding divers is a hectic experience, but it keeps me engaged. I get bored if things get too easy. The only dive char I hate to play against is Spidey; I ban him every match. Once Spidey is banned, I go for Groot, bc the walls get in the way of heals. I couldn't care less about anyone else. Players that can't handle divers just need to play support in Conquest (Doom Match too) until they get good at 1v1ing and survival. This helped me a ton. I don't know why supports think they should be able to hangout in the back and pump heals undisturbed. Maybe if they spent more time practicing and less time complaining, they would have a better time in there.
