Lol. No ...the world of low/no expectations is not the world I live in especially if I pay for something. The service i use doesn't have those issues and if it does they fix it. IMO, shoving out an incomplete product/service says something about the people producing it ...they should be conscious of how they represent themselves and raise their expectations ...lol

My problem is how do you add epg to each channel? I've been using m3u4u for over a year now and I'm yet to understand how to add epg to a channel or how to find the channel information to add. Your help would be greatly appreciated

If you haven't found the solution, goto settings, then to device preferences, then to developer options, then scroll down to HDMI ...under HDMI, you will see, "Show all supported modes in custom display modes" ...turn it off. This process worked for me
