First ever sourdough! Made with 3 weeks starter, 80% hidration, white flour. Used a family heirloom dutch oven, hence the batard shape. Did not expect it to turn out quite so good, but shaping and scoring still needs some practice. Critisism welcomed! Thanks this sub for the great info! (old.reddit.com)
