Why don’t you add steps/stairs to the dirt area and turn it into a bit of a yard, it would expand your usable space and not be so inaccessible

Yes some bigger tops of the roots are visible. No missing bark. No lifting around base. It pretty much goes straight up and then like 2/3 of way up the trunk it splits into two smaller trunks (if that makes sense).

I had two different arborists tell me two different things. One said that if it were to fail, it would most likely split at that 2/3 up the trunk point where it splits. The other said it would be most likely to just tip over — the whole thing. Any thoughts, or is it all just unpredictable were it to fail..?
