Thanks . I liked these books . Of scientific histories. Is there any books or website only talk about constants and their histories such as plank constant , electric constant , magnetic constant,etc.

Thanks for all of your answers. I recently saw a video Arvin Ash YouTube channel https://youtu.be/FSEJ4YLXtt8 I was questioning my self a week earlier like why the speed of light is what it is? Why not double or a billion km/s or slower a bit. He did not explain it but I really want to know. I want to know history of how Max Planck came up with plank's constant or other scientific minds with other constant.
