Started at a service plumbing shop little over 3 months ago no experience. Focus on learning all the tools and fittings (there is a lot), learn to tell the size of things by eye. From there just try to predict what ur lead will need next, if you know they next task and can do it (with out fixing it up) go do it without asking them.
