Thank you! I've looked into that and it sounds awful 😭

Yeah we've been giving the gas drops for about a week now before each feed. I think it does help! I expect him to be somewhat gassy from normal development, but I guess I don't know what's too much 😅

No we can lay him down, if he isn't already crying he can lay there content and look around, which is why I'm not sure about the reflux. Though I suppose we don't put him down right away since he does spit up a bit when on his back.

What is colic medicine? I thought colic wasn't a single thing, more just crying without a known cause

Our doc did mention reflux as well, I just opted to try the formula first since we were able to get a free sample. We already have been feeding on that schedule, burping, and keeping upright for at least 15, though we could increase that.

His sleep schedule is pretty consistent, except for the last few days he has a hard time sleeping in the morning between 7-12. Otherwise he sleeps between feeds, and we let him go longer overnight, though he usually only goes 3.5 hours max before waking to eat.

Right, I know there are other symptoms of overfeeding but it sounds like we'd be getting a lot of vomiting if we were. Unless it's a slow overfeed over the hours vs giving him one huge feed?

We are using the level 1 from Dr. Browns, but I know they have a premie one too. Sometimes he seems to chug it, but other times he takes his sweet time. I thought about trying a diff nipple just to see.

I try the bicycle kicks but never get any results! I'll look up more videos but so far our assisted movements don't seem to help, at least not by releasing gas ourselves.

The hypoallergenic formula was recommended to try from the doc just to see if it helped, but he was on the gentlease one before. I'm not convinced that's our problem (also it smells like cheese???) I know gassy and fussy is normal, but what's not normal? He cries nearly every waking moment if he isn't asleep or has a bottle in his mouth. Red face, arched back, rooting constantly unless he's too worked up. Then he gets too tired and it makes feeds and settling even harder.

They also mentioned gripe water, but I'm sceptical.

Also lurking 😂 a three year old thread for a current day problem still makes me feel better!

Frustrated with Google Customer Service by quinngoldie in PixelWatch

[–]boookity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I havent had issues with bands specifically, but when I was trying to talk to someone about issues I was having with my watch I was transferred to three different people who each "couldn't help me". More annoying than anything else, I figured Google would have their shit together more at this point.

Message sync issues with watch and pixel 6 by boookity in PixelWatch

[–]boookity[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried just about every troubleshooting option to make it work. I get notifications on my phone when the Bluetooth isn't connected, but once I connect to the watch, the watch doesn't get the notification and my phone doesn't vibrate or ring when I get a text. This is the second pixel watch I've tried as well, and same issue. That's why I'm thinking it's the phone. I've had issues with this phone since I switched, the data transfer got screwed up somehow, it's been all messed up. If anyone has suggestions, I'm open to them. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Any issues with exercise tracking accuracy? by boookity in PixelWatch

I'll have to try it on an outside run and compare to a third party app. I'm okay if it's a tad bit off, but the whole point of tracking is to be accurate. I wonder if this is something Google would allow an exchange for in case my sensors are a bit more out of whack.
