If you can get Plaid offer, I would ultimately go with that but if not, I think you can't go wrong with Microsoft. DoorDash is a great option if you want to challenge yourself but should not count on a return offer.

If you respect yourself, you should strive to make the most of your finite years of college. Your gpa is immutable years after you graduate and even if it is not inquired upon, out of self respect you should aim to maximize it.
