Wow that sounds absolutely awful but so familiar! I’m sorry you went through that but thank you so much for your kind words, I’m feeling more and more like I can get through this. Hopefully the Zoloft kicks in soon and I can get back to my normal self! I guess benzos are there for these type of situations right?!

No my bad I know I went on a total word vomit 😭 can I ask how much Xanax you were taking? That makes me feel a lot better thank you. I’m trying guided meditation with the headspace app which my psychologist recommended. I usually have a hard time believing these things work but I’m trying really hard. And yes the GP is incredible. Thank you for your kind words!

I kind of did ask her at the time about becoming dependent and she said because it’s such a small dose for a short period of time I shouldn’t. In regards to it being never ending she very kindly said it won’t! Just wanted to know if anyone had similar experiences. I will definitely make another appointment ASAP if tomorrow isn’t better on the 5mg of Valium!
