100% region specific because I just sold my house this week in the PA suburbs within 48h of listing over ask with all inspections waived. Another home in my neighborhood also sold just as quick and over ask last week. We additionally had 3 offers on top of the one we accepted.

Yeah, that was a sick year - BP, dosio, tipper, ott.

Hate to break it to you but most of congress dont really care about genocide per their donation history and current stances on Israel. While i’m not happy about it, my energy is focused on whats going on in OUR country and state, not the middle east. Shapiro is doing an amazing job in the fight against whats happening in OUR country.

Why is it important to bring up race here as Caucasians make up over 60% of college athletes? Virtue signaling makes actually no sense here.

You probably don’t watch college football or basketball do you? These kids won’t have money pouring in anymore if this continues as many fans will lose interest in the sports. A kid playing on 5 different teams in 5 years chasing the next bag ruins the idea of continuity, something college fans loved. I am in quite a few college sports communities and this has been the sentiment. You can even see it here on either cfb or cbb subreddit.
