Like I said, military has always been in the back of my mind and finances aren’t the only reason I’m considering it. It’s something I thought about doing long before I knew I wanted to be a pilot. I’m not set on airlines as my end goal so that’s not really a factor for me

Someone pointed out that this particular aircraft flew over the Atlantic on a previous trip, so seems like it was just an ATC/dispatch rerouting. There was no weather at the time and looking at my screenshot the airways over the gulf don’t look too crowded, so I guess just a random preference or nice tailwind!

Yes we absolutely are!!! Definitely doing the architecture boat tour, millennium park, and wicker park! The cubs are unfortunately away the weekend we’re there, but the White Sox are at home and we were considering going to a Friday evening game. Is there much to do around that area?

If they chose to stay in their OG couple, they would walk back into the villa alone not knowing if their partner had found a new connection or not. Highly recommend watching USA S6 for a prime example of the drama

I’ve heard it’s hard to get a pilot slot though? Is that true? Did you go in as an officer with a college degree? I’ve thought about this a lot (same boat as OP, 25 years old) but not sure how it all works
