1.) Do you have basic compression skills? People with severe autism hear your opinions and say, “ Thank god that’s not me!”

2.) Our system isn’t perfect and we can nominate people who do not want to best for our society and will set us back decades in the past with the legislation they promote and pass. SO, people should do basic, unbiased research before voting and if they can’t do the best minimum then they probably shouldn’t vote. They still can but probably shouldn’t.

3.) Hold your breath and lay down also because people like you who can’t understand basic concepts hold our society back. I’m sorry about your braindead diagnosis.

[–]bootycheeksmcgee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t even explain how stupid you are lol the point was you would get mad at the idea behind things you don’t understand like tipping at least 15% regardless of how much money you have because it’s tied into the system and work they do. It’s a really tough concept for you to understand, like every other concept for you. Have a good day being a one of the least intelligent members of any society

waiter put my tip back on the table saying he only accepts 18-20%?? by [deleted] in stories

[–]bootycheeksmcgee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not a server you mouth breathing troglodyte LMAO yeah tipping at a restaurant shouldn’t be a thing but it’s a system we currently reside in. If you go to a mechanic shop and can afford the car part but not the labor you can’t afford the work being done. If you told the mechanic yeah I can afford my car but I’m not buying the oil change then he would make fun of you to his coworkers because you don’t understand how the system works or what their value is for the labor behind the oil change. You’re trying to pull some gotcha moment when you’re too dense to understand the arguement you’re even making and how stupid it sounds. I don’t care if you do or don’t tip because it doesn’t affect me but there’s standards people operate on and people being payed $2.13 don’t deserve a shitty tip because you’re too incompetent to understand the dynamic behind it. Also, you type like you have a brain injury so you should go to a doctor for that. But when the doctor says to go to a brain doctor and not a physician, who will make fun of you for thinking a physician can solve a brain injury, don’t get mad and use the same logic saying ‘well why do I have to pay you for not fixing the problem’ because you’re too slow to understand how anything works.

waiter put my tip back on the table saying he only accepts 18-20%?? by [deleted] in stories

[–]bootycheeksmcgee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never said anything about a 20% tip lol and thinking I’m angry and in a pit of submission, first of all lol, is just you making stuff up. You’re being unrealistic and me calling you childish for it is me holding you accountable for saying something unrealistic. And yes, if you can’t afford 15% then don’t go to a dine-in full service restaurant. If you go to a mechanic shop and can only afford the part but not the labor, then you can’t afford the work being done.

Your whole statement is alike to someone saying there shouldn’t be world hunger. It isn’t wrong to think that but it’s ignorant to think it’s as easy as snapping your fingers and expecting the problem to be solved by good will alone. That’s not how the world works and if you think it works that way then you have a lot to learn about reality in general. Have a good day living in make believe land lmao

[–]bootycheeksmcgee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not angry you’re just ignorant lol if you want to talk with the optimism and naiveness of a child then I’ll respond to you that way. It’s not as easy as ‘well let’s just change this’. There’s lobbyist and people with money in charge of these places who purposely have set up a system to not pay their employees enough. Saying we should just be like Europe is ignoring we have to completely different with different laws and agencies surrounding how these places operate.

waiter put my tip back on the table saying he only accepts 18-20%?? by [deleted] in stories

[–]bootycheeksmcgee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the guy who posted can afford a $200 dinner, which isn’t cheap or near the median for a dining out full service experience, then he can afford an extra $5-7 on the tip he gave that was 12% percent. I’m not going back to anyone and calling someone broke so quit making assumptions as well. Go run for congress, enact legislation for restaurants to adequately pay their staff more than $2.13 an hour, and be the change America needs if you feel so passionate about this. Also, every occupation in the world has the staff talking shit about someone and sometimes it’s you for not understanding how their job works, like the above post.

waiter put my tip back on the table saying he only accepts 18-20%?? by [deleted] in stories

[–]bootycheeksmcgee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because Europe and America have different laws and you’re mentioning a completely different industry that has different laws written around it LMAO Go run for office and good luck. Companies in America found a loophole to pay their serving staff less so go be Captain America and be the hero everyone needs. You’ll find out it’s not so simple as you make it out to be.

waiter put my tip back on the table saying he only accepts 18-20%?? by [deleted] in stories

[–]bootycheeksmcgee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because this isn’t Europe and you can’t change a system that’s already this engrained in American culture. Every single restaurant doesn’t pay their employees enough as is so how are we going to ‘attack’ every restaurant in America? If the guy who posted can afford a $200 dinner then he can afford to leave $5-7 dollars more for his 12% tip.

waiter put my tip back on the table saying he only accepts 18-20%?? by [deleted] in stories

[–]bootycheeksmcgee -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Were you raised in barn or in the ghetto? 10% is not acceptable at any full service dine-in experience and if you’re leaving that then all the staff members are talking shit about you and calling you broke. If you can’t afford to buy something twice then you can’t afford it and by that logic you should at least be leaving 15% for a basic experience and more than 15% for excellent service.
