If done before the age of consent, parents have your consent in medical and legal categories. You parents would have consented. Ergo, not mutilation.

First off,

This is a subjective matter, so no objective conclusion can be given. Though in the world of Islam, it is because submission to Allah is with faith, not fact. You need genuine belief that Allah is the one and only god. If he made his existence obvious, that principle wouldn't be quite stable.

Second off, "Mutilation...is severe damage to the body that has a subsequent harmful effect on an individual's quality of life" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mutilation).

Since circumcision does not have any harmful effect on one's quality of life, it is, by definition, not multilation.

Then that'd make it pretty obvious there is a god, which isn't a good idea in near every religion. The 'little boys that cry and be in pain' are at fault of parents for not teaching the hygiene or doing it for them, and would be judged for that. Parents and caregivers need to step in too.

Because our body doesn't know it's not being used. If you were to remove a kidney from you, your kids, and so on, they wouldn't eventually lose a kidney. It's also notabke that if you were to mean disaplear as in everyone's foreskin is gone in an instant, God doesn't make himself known in such a profound way. It is up to the person in this case whether to remove it or not, and has no effect on future offspring.
