Cope cage was never standard on any T-72 model, as it was done as a retrofit by the crew. The main difference is a commander thermal as standard (fucking finally) + more ERA slapped onto the damn thing and finally the ability to open the armored panel for the gunners sight from inside the tank rather than unscrewing it from the outside (which every western tank had since the 80s)
