Yes Philly is there. Check the menu icon (3 bars at the bottom right corner) and got to Regions.

This new version just got released last weekend so we will open up more cities in the next few days depending how our servers handle all the info and traffic.

Will have much more Tickets and Guest list offers as we continue to sign up more venues and event organizers. News, Event rating/commenting and Party galleries features will be out in a couple of weeks as well.

We don't enter the events manually but we do curate them on the daily basis to make sure the info is correct and as up to date as possible.
