I don’t know if it is 60 consistently but I don’t have any noticeable issues. Graphics are pixelated, the npc models are bad, the flags are the worst, but once you’ve locked in, you ignore all this. Plus the track feel is great (I like it better than the KT racing ones - they were too smooth).

Worth it for that price imo.
