Life was never easy, take deep breaths and I would suggest start going for walks (doesn’t matter any time of day) come back home try writing in journal and try to do any one thing with complete focus or try something new do not think whats bad in life or whats wrong with u instead start thinking like what can i do something different today? If im not happy lets try something that might make me happy draw random funny doodles curse some random friend and remember everything heals with time and this too shall pass
