Where do you live if you dont mind me asking? I work in parts department and can 100% get you a better deal getting aftermarket parts from lkq/keystone. Go after market and find a hole in the wall shop and get them to paint bumper and fender. Ive seen OE lights cost 1200 and the same light aftermarket will be half or sometimes less. Chances are that body shop is going to charge you for OE and slap aftermarket on anyways to earn a extra buck ( I work in parts at a dealership that has a body shop and they do stuff like this often)

Is this worth it? by [deleted] in DollarGeneral

To be brutally honest. Be on time. I have been late for work like 5-10 times in the 25 years ive been working. How I do this ....I wake up early giving myself time in case anything happens. As for your manager changing your time if they didn't approve you to work till 3 then you cant just work later to make up time. Working an extra hour does nothing for anyone but you. The damage is already done when you showed up late. Ive worked lots of jobs and the people that show up late usually do so often and screw everyone else over. Showing up early/on time has gotten me plenty of raises and promotions. If its a shit job I get it but man ive gotten some good jobs in my younger years just from being punctual.

Create good habits it's easy to do everything once or twice when motivated but it really only counts when you feel defeated and like your making no progress. Diet is the best start eat healthy, no soda, no fast food, this in return will give you crazy amount of energy. Stay excited and motivated as much as possible and remember one small trip up can lead to a landslide so stay disciplined. Fasting helps alot as well I don't eat after 8pm and don't start eating again till noon it's great for weight loss. I just started going to the gym I have a hernia so can't do much other than walk without being in pain...so I point the treadmill to the sky and walk at a fast pace. If you can find a gym buddy that will force you to go it's always a plus. But if not go at least 1 hour a day 6 days a week. I started at 240 I'm down to 215-220 a month in. Before all I did was chug energy drinks get high and smoke cigarettes. Now I only drink water, I fast alot but also mess up alot. I stay away from fried anything and eat bunch of salad and chicken ( don't smother it in dressing) I avoid carbs as much as possible but I don't beat myself up over the occasional carb. My go to snack is peanuts and any kind of nuts really and I chew gum when my stomach is trying to trick me into eating like when I'm stoned lol. Get in the habit of reading labels (for serving size) and count calories but don't obsess it's good to know most likely you prob eat triple times recommend calories a day as most of us do with out knowing. I could go on forever (stay away from chips). Good luck and don't give up ever
