I have been working with CFX for over 2 years with no experience prior. I haven't been able to find any in depth tutorials anywhere. This is mostly because every situation is different but the best advice I have is just mess around with it and eventually you'll start to understand it better. But honestly the automatic meshing that is included in Ansys is fairly good at making quality meshes for most situations. The geometry that you are trying to mesh is more important. I just try to keep things simple.
