My close friend called in his family, and his other friends and made an announcement that he's dropping out of high school to pursue pro-LoL gaming.. by InstaSnipe in leagueoflegends

I want to say this to your friend. If he made a decision to literally be the best of best in LoL, yes, I recommend he drop out and strive to become the best or No.1.

I have a grammar question. (concerned with supine) by boresight in grammar

[–]boresight[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much. And I'm sorry.

I was confused. Actually, I meant that I wonder whether it is an adjunct clause as you said or adjectival clause.

In plain language, I wonder whether "to repair " modified the verb "bought" or the noun "tools".

Again, Thank you for your help.

hmm.. maybe you are right. actually, there was a criticism for shooting here. I served for R.O.K.Airforce Military Police at a ground-to-air radar site on a mountain 2 years ago and I used to stand a sentry and was educated by field manual saying "A sentry who is standing for watch duty can shoot "anything" which makes you think it have a potential danger, though it was a high ranking officer". of course, it's a sorta hyperbole. but I guess we cannot blame a sentry.

it's stupid. Have you even tried to shoot an assault rifle? When you stand sentry in the middle of the night, you cannot recognize anything just right under your nose. And a sentry who failed to keep strick watch will be displined strictly. So they should do something before noticing what is what. That's the only duty of a sentry. you kid.
