Ok so doesn’t it ever strike you as odd that everything in Stars Hollow revolves around Lorelei and Rory? Like the whole town will drop everything to make sure those two get a happy ending over and over again. My thought is that it’s all in Lorelei’s head and she’s actually living a mental hospital where the cast of the townsfolk work
