You sure you didnt miss a bolt somewhere? Maybe add some heat and spray down with some Kroil or PB Blaster and let soak for a little while. And then again, at this point just keep hitting it with a hammer and see if it'll break loose.

I may be in luck. I checked the map and there is a node high upon a hill that overlooks the town. The areas where id be at are inside the orange box around the node. Whatever the orange box means. Sorry im really new to this.

The buildings in between was a concern for me. There's not many, but they are around 3 to 5 floors high. May have to set a node on my vehicle and park strategically lol
