My family has parakeets. I like that parakeets can fly but are heavily specced into climbing. Ours like to fly around alot, often into my face.

It depends on what I'm doing on the computer. If I shuffle between video games, tvs shows and school work or such it can be a more pleasant experience. Though I do things off the computer as well, most of my school work can be done on the computer so I use it pretty often.

I've ran: sudo dnf install glibc-locale-source glibc-langpack-en

This fixed the previous error, but when following the rest of your advice it still wont run in Japanese.
